Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you will be agreeing with the terms outlined below:

I. GENERAL TERMS

—I reserve the right to refuse or cancel commissions for any reason.
—I use commissions as examples, and may post them on my social media, unless you ask me not to.
—Please be respectful. I reserve the right to refuse service if you are rude or making me uncomfortable.
—Sketches and WiPs will be watermarked.
—Any deadlines must be agreed upon before starting the commission.
—Do not remove my watermark.
—Do not claim my artwork as your own or make edits without my permission.
—All my artwork is for personal use; commercial use requires an additional fee.
—Do not use my artwork for AI or NFT purposes.

II. PAYMENT

—Payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed upon privately.
—Payment via CashApp, PayPal or Ko-fi in USD only.
—A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.

III. REFUNDS

—If I am unable to complete your artwork due to personal reasons (e.g., health, emergencies), I will contact you and provide a full refund.
—If you paid full upfront and I have started your commission, I will issue a partial refund at my discretion, based on the amount of work completed.
—If you paid 50/50—the initial payment is non-refundable once the sketch has been approved. And if the commission is canceled before sketch approval, a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work already completed.
—No refunds will be issued once the artwork has been completed.

IV. REVISIONS

—Minor revisions or one major revision (pose, body shape, etc.) must be made at the sketch approval stage.
—After sketch approval, no major or minor revisions are included; any changes will cost extra.
—Correction of mistakes made by me will be free of charge.

• Humans/Humanoids
• Kemonomimi
• Anthro/Furry/Feral
• Ponies/MLP
• A little gore it's okay
• Fanart (picky, I avoid problematic characters or fandoms)
• Nonsexual nudity (You must be +18 to ask for this and provide proof)

I WON'T Draw:

• NSFW
• Anything offensive (racism, homophobia, transphobia, incest, pedophilia etc.)
• Fetish Art
• Major gore
